What benefits do we get from outsourcing the management of our overheads?
 |
Money - Take advantage of the
cost-saving opportunities that exist. Typical direct cost
expense reduction might be 5-20% on energy, 10-50% on
communications and 5-20% on water. |
 |
Time - Few businesses have either
the time or resources needed to track every invoice, question
every charge, or stay abreast of the every-changing energy and
communications marketplaces. Using our services will free
your time to concentrate on your core business activities. |
 |
Convenience
– Let us take the trial out of dealing
with suppliers; refer calls from telesales enquiries to us and
we will deal with them for you. |

What
does Overheads UK require from their clients?
 |
We
will ask you to sign a simple agreement that sets out the basis
on which we will work together. It details the various
responsibilities of Overheads UK and the client for the duration
of our relationship. |
 |
During our initial audit, we require copies of relevant
documents, such as invoices and contracts. To save you time and
to keep any disturbance to a minimum, we could copy the
necessary documents on the client's premises ourselves.
Thereafter, as part of our ongoing monitoring service, we may
request copies of relevant invoices. Some key personnel may be
asked to participate in brief meetings as the project
progresses. Otherwise, we do ALL of the work associated with the
audit, analysis, implementation and ongoing monitoring. |

What
makes Overheads UK truly independent?
 |
We
are not attached to any energy, water or telecommunications
suppliers or resellers. This enables us to get the best
available prices and pass on greater savings to our clients.
|
 |
We
do not usually accept commission payments; where we do, we would
declare them and also pass
these on to those clients that we share savings with.

How
are Overheads UK paid for their work?
 |
Overheads UK offer flexible payment arrangements. |
 |
We
usually work on a contingency fee basis, where if we fail to
find you any savings, you do not pay us anything. If you accept
our recommendations, we share the savings with you. Our fees are
only payable once the savings have actually been achieved –
hence our approach is entirely self-financing and cash positive
for your organisation. We do NOT ask for any fees in advance. |
 |
However, our service is designed to meet the individual needs of
each client so this means that you can agree a retainer, hourly-
or-daily-rate or even a combination of performance-related and
fixed fees depending on the circumstances of each individual
project. |
